  • Preparation of appropriate advertisement text, securing approval from POEA- Labor Office and booking of the ad in the newspaper;
  • Sourcing of applicants based on client’s job description and specification;
  • Review of applicant’s resume to determine if actual qualifications and hands-on experience match client’s job criteria;
  • Conduct preliminary interview to verify information and experience stated in the resume’ and to check physical appearance of the applicant and gauge communication skills and proficiency;
  • Short listing of applicants for the final interview and selection;
  • Administering client’s tests or coordinating trade tests for short listed candidates, if required by client;
  • Finalization of employment contract for all candidates selected by client;
  • Processing and documentation of candidates selected by client at POEA-Labor Office and client’s Consular Offices in Manila;
  • Provide necessary recruitment status reports to client;
  • Arrange flight bookings and confirmation;
